Permanent Teaching Assistant (Junior School) to start September 2022
30 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum, Grade C, £9.99 per hour
 
We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to support children across the Junior School to start in September.  The role will involve general classroom support, small group interventions and targetted support.
 

You should be caring, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team whilst using your initiative.  You will need to demonstrate a positive, calm and encouraging attitude, be a good communicator and must therefore have an excellent understanding of both verbal and written English language.

Permanent Teaching Assistant with MTA hours at lunchtime (Infant and Nursery School) to start September 2022

32.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum

30 hours per week @ Grade C (£9.99 per hour), 2.5 hours per week @ Grade A (£9.50 per hour)

We are looking to appoint a permanent teaching assistant to support children across the Infant and Nursery School to start in September.  The role will involve general classroom support, small group interventions and targetted support.

In addition, you will work 30 minutes per day as a mealtime assistant supporting children at lunchtimes and these hours will be a mealtime assistant A grade of £9.50 per hour.  The remaining 30 hours will be a teaching assistant C grade of £9.99 per hour.

Permanent Mealtime Assistant (Infant and Nursery School) to start September 2022
6.25 hours per week, (11.45 am - 1.00 pm, Mon-Fri), 38 weeks per annum, Grade A, £9.50 per hour

 

We are looking to appoint a Mealtime Assistant to start in September at our Infant and Nursery School. You would be working as part of the lunchtime team to help supervise, care for and manage the children in the playground and dining hall, and support them in their play.  You should be able to build a strong, appropriate rapport with children and demonstrate the aptitude to work as part of a successful team.

We are looking for a caring person who is able to support children in their play, while maintaining the children’s safety and following the school’s behaviour guidelines.  You should be able to demonstrate good food hygiene practices and follow the school health and safety policies. 

Duties will include supervising lunchtime and supporting interactions and inclusion as well as setting up the hall, closing down and cleaning. The working hours are 11.45 am - 1.00 pm Monday - Friday term time only (38 weeks of the year).

You will need to be a good communicator and must therefore have an excellent understanding of both verbal and written English language.
