WB 22.02.21 Year 2 Remote Learning

Hello from your teachers!

Hello Year 2,

We hope you have managed to have some exciting adventures during half term and that you've enjoyed a rest from your online lessons. Are you ready for week six of Remote Learning?!

We know that learning at home can still be tricky and that you are all working at being 'resilient'.

Did you watch the clip last week of Hugo choosing ways to stay calm when he felt a bit cross with his learning? Watch the clip of Hugo again if you like and perhaps use the breathing boards to trick your brain into feeling calm through special breathing.

Did you know when you breathe regularly and mindfully your brain gets the message to chill out and relaxes so that you can feel calm and happy!
