Wellbeing Wednesday

Each Wednesday we will be asking your child/ren to take part in one of our Wellbeing Wednesday activities. This will be instead of their topic work for the day.
They have been designed to give your child a break from the usual learning half way through the week and are based on the theme 'do something you enjoy' from the 10 a day choices for balancing our mental health.
We hope you and your children have fun trying some of the activities. We would love to see pictures of what you choose on Seesaw!
Please note, this list is not exhaustive and if you have other wellbeing ideas or are unable to take part that is absolutely fine.

Below are the activities from Mental Health Awareness Week which was in May, in case you would like to complete them at any time.

They have been put together by Paula Baker from HeadsUp Mental Health Awareness Ltd.

Remember to be kind to those you are at home with.  Look after yourselves and each other.
